Episode #48 Who Are You Becoming?

This week I’m taking inspiration from Michelle Obama’s book “Becoming” to ask you: “Who are you becoming?”

It’s a powerful question to remind you that your life is a work in progress, a journey – and you are constantly evolving as you travel it.

Ask yourself “Who am I becoming?” when you get promoted, as a reminder that you may need to let go of certain behaviors and adopt new ones. Ask yourself this question when you are pursuing your goals – as a reminder that, until you achieve them, you are a work in progress, and as a check to ensure you are on the right track. And ask yourself this question to overcome self-doubt – as a reminder of how far you’ve come and to help you draw strength from past achievements.
