How do you know if you have Imposter Syndrome?
It’s vitally important to find out because:
- it validates your thoughts and feelings, and
- it helps you to identify the right solution.
In this episode of Legal Imposters, I explain the classic signs of Imposter Syndrome as identified by Pauline Clance and Suzanne Imes in their 1978 paper on high achieving women. It was here that they coined the term the ‘imposter phenomenon’.
