Episode #58 This Too Shall Pass

One of the things that has sustained me through this time of waiting and uncertainty, is an old adage I first came across in a book of inspirational quotes given to me by my school friend Monette. It served me well when I was 15, and has worked well for me many times since:

This too shall pass

Such simple words. But there is nothing simple about their message: life is always in flux. Nothing stays the same.

What makes this phrase so powerful is it’s ability to reassure and comfort in challenging times, and to inspire gratitude and humility during the good times. That’s why This too shall pass will be every bit as useful to you when we return to a semblance of normality, as it is in this time of uncertainty.

Discover why this message is so important, and 7 ways you can start applying this wisdom in your life right now.
