Episode #93 Forget Confidence

Confidence is the thing we talk so much about, and crave so much when a challenge comes along, a set back occurs or when we have one of those days when we feel we can’t get anything right. But what actually is confidence? And is it really what we need?

If this is not a question you’ve thought to ask yourself before, maybe it’s time that you did. I discovered that when I sat down and really thought about it, the thing I craved so badly and thought I needed in order to succeed, was not what I needed at all.

In this episode I unpick the idea of confidence and explain why, when it comes to succeeding or fulfilling your potential or rising to challenges – you already have what you need. So stop pursuing confidence as if it’s the holy grail of success, just show up as who you are and let confidence take care of itself.
