Showcasing your value is important. It’s not enough to work hard. Keeping your head down and hoping the right people will notice isn’t enough. You’ve got to show them: show people how valuable you are so you can attract the support and opportunities you deserve.
You already know this. The problem is, the fear of becoming cocky and sounding like you’re bragging is holding you back.
