Here’s the problem:

You know you must showcase your value if you want to progress to the next level (it’s step 5 of the career progression process I teach you inside BE THE FIRST), but you don’t really KNOW your value.

1. you’ve never thought to consider what your value is – you just work hard doing your day job and assume it’ll be enough
