We all know how important the relationship with our partner is to our happiness and balance. But having kids puts pressure on every relationship, and sometimes we find ourselves battling with the very person we want and need on our side if we are going to make it work.
It’s easier to face the battle for balance when you and your partner are on the same side and when both sides feel equal, valued, respected and connected. But this doesn’t happen by default. It requires skill, effort and practise.
