Are you a pessimist or an optimist?
When things go wrong what do you make it mean? Do you interpret setbacks and failures as evidence that it can’t be done, or that you’re not good enough? Or can you find the value in every experience and use this to propel you forward?
This week I want to remind you that how you experience the world is up to you. Circumstances – what happens around you and to you – are neutral. Even something as seemingly out of your control as COVID. It’s you who gets to decide what impact an event like this will have on your life, purely by choosing what you make it mean.
